MuSelf
By downloading or using MuSelf (the App), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MuSelf is a beauty camera. It applies retouching, makeup, colour and face-processing effects to your live camera image, entirely on your device, and lets you save the result as a photo or video. FXGear operates no server that receives your images.
FXGear grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, extract or redistribute the App or the AI model files it downloads, nor use them to build a competing product.
You keep ownership of the photos and videos you create. Because everything runs on your device, you alone control them — and you alone are responsible for them.
If you use anyone else’s likeness — including registering another person’s face as a Muse — you must have their consent. Applying another person’s face or likeness without permission may be unlawful where you live.
You must not use the App to create or share content that:
The App’s output is synthetically altered. If you publish it where viewers might take it for an unedited photograph, you should say that it was edited or AI-generated. Some jurisdictions require this by law.
MuSelf is free to use with a daily limit on the number of photos and video recordings you can save. MuSelf Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes these daily limits.
Saved photos and videos carry a MuSelf watermark. You may not remove, obscure or alter it.
The App is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature, and may require an update to a minimum supported version in order to keep the App working. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. FXGear is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost content, or for any consequence of how you use the images and videos you create. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate your licence if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.

MuSelf 는 뷰티 카메라입니다. 라이브 카메라 영상에 보정·메이크업·색감·얼굴 처리 효과를 전부 기기 안에서 적용하고, 결과를 사진이나 영상으로 저장합니다. FXGear 는 이용자의 이미지를 수신하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
FXGear 는 개인적 용도에 한해 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가·철회 가능한 사용권을 부여합니다. 앱과 앱이 내려받는 AI 모델 파일을 역설계·디컴파일·추출·재배포하거나 경쟁 제품 제작에 사용할 수 없습니다.
이용자가 만든 사진·영상의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 모든 처리가 기기에서 이뤄지므로 그 결과물은 전적으로 이용자의 통제 아래 있고, 책임 또한 이용자에게 있습니다.
타인의 얼굴이나 초상을 사용하는 경우(다른 사람의 얼굴을 뮤즈로 등록하는 것 포함) 반드시 본인의 동의를 받아야 합니다. 동의 없는 타인 초상 이용은 거주 국가의 법에 위반될 수 있습니다.
다음에 해당하는 콘텐츠를 만들거나 공유해서는 안 됩니다.
앱의 결과물은 합성으로 변형된 이미지입니다. 보는 사람이 가공되지 않은 사진으로 오인할 수 있는 곳에 게시한다면 편집 또는 AI 생성 사실을 밝혀야 합니다. 일부 국가에서는 법으로 의무화돼 있습니다.
MuSelf 는 하루에 저장할 수 있는 사진·영상 수에 한도를 두고 무료로 제공됩니다. MuSelf 프리미엄은 이 일일 한도를 없애는 선택형 자동 갱신 구독(월간 또는 연간)입니다.
저장된 사진과 영상에는 MuSelf 워터마크가 표시됩니다. 이를 제거·가림·변경할 수 없습니다.
앱은 현재 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 당사는 기능을 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 앱이 정상 동작하도록 최소 지원 버전으로의 업데이트를 요구할 수 있습니다. 모든 기기에서 중단 없는 무결점 동작을 보장하지 않습니다.
관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 앱은 명시적·묵시적 보증 없이 제공됩니다(특정 목적 적합성 포함). FXGear 는 간접·부수적·결과적 손해, 콘텐츠 손실, 이용자가 만든 이미지·영상의 사용으로 인한 결과에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 제한되지 않으며, 이용자의 소비자 권리는 영향을 받지 않습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 언제든 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 본 약관을 위반한 경우 당사는 사용권을 종료할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며 국제사법 원칙은 적용하지 않습니다. 이용자 거주국의 강행적 소비자보호 규정은 그대로 적용됩니다.
